Our training sessions create common scenarios in the typical crisis criteria and are designed in a manner geared toward the maximum efficiency and minimizing risk.

Our class objectives are:

• To provide safe reactive strategies procedures and techniques
• To provide the least restrictive intervention possible when applying any of the techniques
• To train staff on techniques and scenarios to boost their knowledge and confidence in a crisis management situation
• Teach participants to identify a potential crisis and develop the skills necessary to know which is the best intervention
• Provide an organization wide training to standardize the application of this class across settings and participants
• To minimize the possibilities of any harm to clients and staff
